Your data belongs to you. This page is the direct line for anything you'd like us to do with it — no hoops, no proof-of-state-residency quiz. We honor these requests for everyone.
What you can ask for
- Access my data — we'll send you a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct my data — tell us what's wrong (a rate, a balance, an email address) and we'll fix it.
- Delete my data — we'll delete your information, which also ends your monitoring.
- Opt out of marketing — we'll stop marketing email; service messages for active monitoring continue until you cancel or delete.
We verify each request by confirming you control the email address on file, and we reply within 30 days. Details on what we collect and why are in our Privacy Policy.
